About 2,500 sq ft on two floors. Sleeping: master (King); the office and every other bedroom each has a Queen. Crib in one of the rooms and 2 twin sized mattresses are available upon request. Let us know if you plan to use the fireplace — otherwise it stays kid-proofed.
